Amharc ar fhreagraThe National Substance Misuse Strategy Steering Group Report is a road map for the future direction of policy to deal with the misuse of alcohol and my Department is developing an Action Plan on Alcohol based on its recommendations. The issues are wide-ranging and there are many complexities involved which will require a collective approach across Government. To ensure that all views are taken on board, it has been decided that the matter will be brought to the Cabinet Committee on Social Policy in advance of proposals being drafted for Government.
