Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Transport; Tourism and Sport if he will supply a list of all Labour Court recommendations that have been issued in respect of his Department and organisations under his aegis that have not been complied with in full; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraI wish to advise the Deputy that the Labour Court has not issued any specific recommendations in relation to my Department.
I have forwarded the Deputy's question to the organisations under the aegis of my Department for their direct response. He should advise my private office if he does not receive a reply within ten working days.
