83. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the position regarding the Priory Hall, Dublin, resolution process; when this process will be concluded; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [39033/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe resolution process, which I understand is on-going, arose in the context of legal proceedings which were adjourned to afford relevant parties the opportunity to work together, under the chairmanship of Justice Finnegan, to identify a way forward in relation to the complex problems at Priory Hall. Given that the matter is before the courts, it would be inappropriate for me to comment further other than to urge all concerned to afford Justice Finnegan the opportunity to complete the task which he is undertaking.
