Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Communications; Energy and Natural Resources if he will supply a list of all Labour Court recommendations that have been issued in respect of his Department and organisations under his aegis that have not been complied with in full; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department, since its formation in June 2007, has had no involvement with the Labour Court. Information in respect of bodies and agencies under the aegis of my Department is a day to day matter for those organisations and my Department does not have the information sought by the Deputy. I will, however, request the relevant Agencies and bodies under the aegis of my Department to respond directly to the Deputy in the matter.
