344. Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Agriculture; Food and the Marine if a decision has been made on an appeal in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Kerry; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [40121/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraA request for an appeal was received by the independent Agriculture Appeals Office on the 12th of July of this year. The request is currently being processed and staff from the Appeals Office will be in touch with the person named in due course to arrange an oral hearing.
