847. Deputy Michael P. Kitt asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when payment under the disadvantaged area scheme will issue in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Galway; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [47347/12]
Amharc ar fhreagraWhile the person named applied for derogation under the 2012 Disadvantaged Areas scheme, the application was unsuccessful. The applicant was notified of this decision in writing on 16 October and advised of the right of appeal to the recently established independent DAS Appeals Committee.
