171. Deputy Ciara Conway asked the Minister for Finance his views on correspondence (details supplied) regarding a revenue issue; the options available to this company; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11454/13]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that correspondence regarding this matter has been recently received in the Waterford Revenue Office and the matter is currently receiving attention. I am further advised that the issues that are covered by this correspondence are complex in nature and will best be resolved by further dialogue between the company, its agents and the Waterford Revenue District.
