Deputy Éamon Ó Cuív asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when the disadvantaged area payment will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary who has complied with REP scheme plan stocking level; the reason for the delay; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
