524. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the timeframe an application has been under consideration in the case of a person (detail supplied) in Dublin 22; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5277/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs I informed the Deputy in response to Parliamentary Question No. 181 on 23 January last, if the person whose details were supplied has made an application for asylum or subsidiary protection, the position is that it is not the practice to comment on such applications for so long as they are in the protection process.
