565. Deputy Michelle Mulherin asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a decision will be made on the appointment of a person (details supplied) to the board of Coillte; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [5109/14]

Appointments to the Board of Coillte are under consideration and I intend to make a number of appointments shortly, with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, as required under the Forestry Act, 1988.
