567. Deputy John McGuinness asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine if farm payments have issued to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny. [5165/14]

There is no record of the person named having lodged a 2013 Single Payment application with my Department. All applications lodged prior to 2013 have been fully processed. My Department’s records indicate that the person named sold his Single Payment entitlements in 2012.
