614. Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Health if there will be further legal action taken regarding the financial irregularities uncovered at an organisation (details supplied) in 2012. [5601/14]

I refer to previous replies during 2013 on related matters raised by the Deputy concerning the organisation in question. In this regard I have asked the HSE to reply directly to the Deputy with an updated position.
