Deputy Niall Collins asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the mechanisms in place for the transfer of information and correspondence between the Secretary General of his Department and him; if he has previously raised concerns over delays; and if he will make a statement on the matter. Amharc ar fhreagraStandard Departmental arrangements for the transfer of information and correspondence between staff of my Department and my Office are in place in my Department, utilising a broad range of mechanisms for the purposes of communication.
The Secretary General and myself share a concern that all matters be dealt with appropriately and without undue delay.
