288. Deputy Sean Fleming asked the Minister for Education and Skills the current average age of full-time public service staff in his Department; the way this compares with the average age of public servants in each year from 2010 to 2013, inclusive; and if he will make a statement on the matter. The information that is available in relation to the age profiles of teachers paid on payrolls operated by my Department is being compiled at present. I will arrange for the information to be forwarded to the Deputy.
