515. Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 891 of 25 March 2014, when a decision will issue in respect of a person (details supplied) in County Clare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [20993/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe matter is still under consideration and it is understood that a report will shortly be submitted to the Appeals Committee following an on-site inspection scheduled for this week. Following receipt of that report the appeal will be considered further and every effort will be made to expedite the decision.
