553. Deputy Stephen S. I wish to refer the Deputy to Parliamentary Question 155 of 7 May, 2014. I can inform the Deputy that a random sample of staff telephone calls to my Department's IT Helpdesk are recorded using the QFinity Desktop system in order to ensure quality of service delivery. Staff are made aware that their calls maybe recorded for training and quality purposes. There is no cost to my Department. I am advised that there is no other incident of telephone calls in or out of my Department that are being, or ever have been recorded.
