361. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Social Protection when an application for disability allowance will be approved in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [22260/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraI confirm that the Department is in receipt of an application for disability allowance from the above named person on 25 March 2014. The claim is currently being processed and once the necessary investigations on all aspects of the claim are completed, a decision will be made and the person concerned will be notified directly of the outcome.
