839. Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Minister for Health if he will supply in tabular form the number of medical cards issued on a discretionary basis in each of the 32 local health areas on the following dates; 1 January 2011; 1 January 2012; 1 January 2013; 1 January 2014; and 1 May 2014.
