26. Deputy Finian McGrath asked the Minister for Finance the position regarding outstanding money owed to the Revenue Commissioners (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [23661/14]

I am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that further to my reply to the Deputy on 27 May last (PQ No. 158 refers) the refunds due for the years 2003-2009 were credited to the taxpayer's bank account on 30 May 2014.
