Durkan asked the Minister for Health further to Parliamentary Question No. 232 of 8 May 2014, the reason paper triaged was not referred to in the original reply in the case of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I understand that the HSE wrote to the Deputy on 14th May in relation to this matter. I have asked the HSE to respond directly to the Deputy in relation to his further question.
