Deputy Dara Calleary asked the Minister for Health the number of persons who are being funded by the Health Service Executive to receive long term psychiatric care outside of the State; if he will provide a breakdown of the cost involved for the past three years; the nature of the specialist treatment abroad and if it is drug lead; if these centres have been inspected by the HSE prior to sending patients there; and if they are being monitored while there.
