259. Deputy Aengus Ó Snodaigh asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection the number of bids received in the JobPath tender process; the names of the bidding companies and if he will provide an update on the process. [30244/14]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Department is currently in the process of finalising the evaluation of tenders for the provision of employment services under the JobPath initiative. This is a confidential process and is being conducted in accordance with EU and national public procurement rules. No information in relation to the tenders will be released during the process. In order to respect the procurement process I have not sought, nor have I received, any information regarding the tenders.
