153. Deputy Thomas P. Broughan asked the Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government the number of requests his Department has received from Dublin City Council and Fingal County Council since 1 January 2014 seeking permission to employ additional staff; and the number of these requests which were approved, pending and refused. Amharc ar fhreagraSince 1 January 2014, my Department has received 184 staff sanction requests from Dublin City Council and 73 staff sanction requests from Fingal County Council. The status of these requests is set out in the table.
