There are currently no vacancies on the Board of Inland Fisheries Ireland (IFI). A vacancy will arise on the Board, in the normal course of events, on the 3rd of November 2014. In accordance with Section 12 of the Inland Fisheries Act 2010, this vacancy will fall to be filled on advice received from the Joint Oireachtas Committee (in this case Transport and Communications). To be of assistance to the Committee and with the agreement of those who applied, details of those who have made expressions of interest to be considered for appointment to vacancies on the Board of IFI are being made available by my Department to that Committee.
