247. Deputy Michael Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to explain the reason an overpayment under the disadvantaged areas scheme 2013 has been notified to a person (details supplied) in County Mayo, following a review by his Department; if the person has an option to seek a review of the overpayment notification; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
