Deputy Joanna Tuffy asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the total amount of expenditure on out-sourcing by his Department; the number of out-sourcing contracts initiated by his Department; the steps which have been taken to reduce the expenditure on out-sourcing and the reliance on out-sourcing by his Department in the years 2011 to 2014 and, in respect of the latter, for the future; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
