Deputy Clare Daly asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport if he is satisfied with the operation of punitive parking clamping mechanisms in train stations operated by Iarnród Éireann where the clamping release fee is €120, when annual parking charges are €170, particularly in the context of a number of workers who have lost their jobs and are working reduced hours and not a full week.
