42. Deputy Emmet Stagg asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection when arrears of a payment will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare under the disability allowance scheme. [43055/15]
Amharc ar fhreagraArrears of disability allowance for the person concerned have been calculated. However the person in question has an outstanding debt owed to the department which must be addressed. The Department will be in contact with her shortly to discuss ongoing arrangements to recover the debt which may include with-holding of some of the arrears.
