482. Deputy John Perry asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport to intervene in the return of a C1 Licence to a person (details supplied) in County Sligo; which was taken away without the person's knowledge; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [2246/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe operation of the National Driver Licensing Service is the statutory responsibility of the Road Safety Authority, and I have no power to intervene in individual cases. I have therefore referred the Question to the Authority for direct response. I would ask the Deputy to contact my office if a response has not been received within ten days.
