223. Deputy John Perry asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine to set out the status of a farm payment due to a person (details supplied) in County Sligo, including when the payment will be made; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [4056/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraMy Department received a 2015 Private Contract Clause application from the person named seeking the transfer of land and entitlements by lease as transferee. The transferor in this case is also transferee in a Transfer of Allocation Right and Reference Value application by inheritance of holding. These applications are currently being processed to facilitate payment under the Basic Payment Scheme as soon as possible.
