78. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Social Protection if and when she will issue rent allowance to a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [8399/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraAs detailed to the Deputy in reply to Parliamentary Question No 43420-15 and several related Parliamentary Questions, the client concerned has been requested on numerous occasions to provide the Department with details of all capital accrued from the sale of the family home. This documentation has not, to date, been received by the Department. A final reminder was issued to the client on 3rd December. This claim for Rent Supplement was closed on the 21st December.
