21. Deputy Michael Healy-Rae asked the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform if he will clarify a query from persons (details supplied) regarding a plot of land; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [9349/16]

I am advised by the Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland that further investigation is required to determine ownership of the plot of land in question. A full response will issue upon receipt of such clarification.
