73. Deputy Marc MacSharry asked the Minister for Finance if court proceedings have been initiated or threatened against the National Asset Management Agency in respect of recent leaks; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [10942/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am advised that NAMA is party to a range of court proceedings initiated by its debtors. Details of all proceedings that have been issued against NAMA or a NAMA group entity are available on the website www.courts.ie. I am advised by NAMA that one set of proceedings have been initiated against it by a debtor in respect of the issue raised by the Deputy.
