Deputy Jackie Cahill asked the Minister for Health in conjunction with the HSE to engage with the Children and Young People's Services Committees, CYPSC, Tipperary, to facilitate the development of a Jigsaw youth mental health project for County Tipperary, to make the necessary funding available and to put the structures in place to roll out this prevention and early intervention youth mental health model; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
