148. Deputy Billy Kelleher asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Justice and Equality when the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Bill will come before the Dáil; and if she will make a statement on the matter. [30234/16]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Bill 2015 was introduced in September 2015 and completed all stages in Seanad Éireann in January of this year. The Bill commenced Second Stage in Dáil Éireann on 5 October 2016. I am committed to the passage and enactment of this Bill as a matter of priority.
