Deputy Brendan Griffin asked the Minister for Housing, Planning, Community and Local Government if he will consider giving discretion to the local authority to extend the slurry ban deadline time for 2016 and for future years as the current deadline has the potential, due to inclement weather, to cause needless pollution in local areas; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
