Deputy Brendan Smith asked the Minister for Health the position regarding the provision of a new health care facility (details supplied); the formal arrangements that have been entered into with general practitioners to work from that particular facility; if the funding promised some years ago is still available; when this project is likely to commence; the date for the facility to be in use; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
