121. Deputy Regina Doherty asked the Minister for Education and Skills the number of teachers employed by his Department and-or ETBs as unqualified eligible part-time or full-time teachers since 1994; and the number of these ETBs that are or were on the incremental salary pay scale. [10588/17]
