Deputy Alan Kelly asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine the reason only 33% of the funding received by the Irish Greyhound Board, which is the betting levy tax, is going into prize money while Horse Racing Ireland invest 68% of its equivalent funding back into prize money.
