692. Deputy Michael Ring asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a person (details supplied) will be notified of the decision on their appeal in view of the fact that the oral hearing in this case was held some time ago. [18034/17]

The Agriculture Appeals Office has confirmed that an oral hearing was held late November 2016. When all of the facts of the case have been fully considered a comprehensive decision letter will issue. It is hoped to be finalised shortly.
