1307. Deputy Fiona O'Loughlin asked the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment if his attention has been drawn to the regulatory compliance issues surrounding Bord na Móna's acquisition of a company (details supplied), and if he will make a statement on the matter. [36143/17]
Amharc ar fhreagraI am aware of the issue referred to by the Deputy which is an operational matter for Bord na Móna as a commercial State company operating under the Turf Development Acts 1946 to 1998. I understand that this is currently the subject of legal proceedings and therefore it would not be appropriate for me to comment further.
