Ceisteanna (484)

Catherine Martin

484. Deputy Catherine Martin asked the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport the position regarding the provision of a new train station at Pelletstown; if delays in the provision of funding could see planning permission for the station expire; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I wish to advise the Deputy that the National Transport Authority (NTA) is responsible for the development of public transport infrastructure in the Greater Dublin Area.

Noting this, I have referred the Deputy's question to the NTA for direct reply. Please advise my private office if a reply is not received within 10 working days.
