Deputy Margaret Murphy O'Mahony asked the Minister for Health the procedure used by consultants when discharging persons with serious illnesses in circumstances in which a person attends a number of consultants in different fields due to the diversity of his or her illness (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter.
