285. Deputy Bernard J. Durkan asked the Minister for Employment Affairs and Social Protection when child benefit will be facilitated in the case of a person (details supplied); and if she will make a statement on the matter. [7829/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraChild benefit is in payment to the person concerned and has been paid from the date of claim to date, including February 2018. A review of her child benefit claim was undertaken in January; that review has now concluded and the Department is satisfied that the person concerned retains her entitlement to the benefit.
I trust this clarifies the matter for the Deputy.
