Deputy Róisín Shortall asked the Taoiseach the number of vacant habitable dwelling units and vacant derelict residential dwelling units in the ownership of, part ownership of, or under the control of both his Department and agencies under his remit; the county in which each unit is located; and the length of time each unit has been vacant, in tabular form. The properties occupied by my Department and the National Economic and Social Development Office (NESDO) - the only body under the aegis of my Department - are provided and managed by the Office of Public Works. No property is owned, part-owned or under the control of either my Department or NESDO.
