Deputy Mick Wallace asked the Minister for Justice and Equality if his Department has been contacted by officials of the Revenue Commissioners regarding concerns related to the implementation of liquor licensing regulations in each of the years from 2010 to 2017 and to date in 2018; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I can advise the Deputy that this request for information is currently being examined by my Department with a view to identifying any relevant records. I have also requested a report from the Garda authorities in relation to the matter.
