Deputy Catherine Martin asked the Minister for Finance if there is an interdepartmental committee in operation examining the possibility of taxing civil servants' car parking as a benefit in kind; if so, the length of time it has been in existence; when it last met; the outcomes that have resulted; his plans to introduce such a scheme; and the estimated amount of revenue that could be realised by such a measure.
