194. Deputy Louise O'Reilly asked the Minister for Justice and Equality the number of prosecutions that have been made under the Protection of Children’s Health (Tobacco Smoke in Mechanically Propelled Vehicles) Act 2014 since its inception; the number of offences enforced by An Garda Síochána under the Act; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
