408. Deputy Pat Breen asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine further to Parliamentary Question No. 439 of 23 January 2018, when payments will issue to a person (details supplied); and if he will make a statement on the matter. [11003/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named was approved into GLAS 1 with a contract commencement date of 1 October 2015 and has received payments in respect of the 2015 scheme year as well as the 2016 advance payment.
An inspection was carried out in relation to the GLAS participation of the person named. As a result of the inspection a penalty was applied to this case. The Department is aware of an issue that has affected the conclusion of this case.
The person named has also been advised that, if they are dissatisfied with the outcome of the inspection, they have the option to appeal this decision to the Agriculture Appeals Office.
