1111. Deputy Charlie McConalogue asked the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine when a GLAS payment will issue to a person (details supplied); the reason for the delay to date for the payment not issuing; and if he will make a statement on the matter. [16028/18]
Amharc ar fhreagraThe person named was approved into GLAS 1 with a contract commencement date of 1 October 2015 and has been fully paid in respect of 2015 and 2016.
A Commonage Management Plan (CMP) needs to be finalised in this case. This requirement has not been met by the applicant. The 2017 advance payment cannot issue until the CMP requirement is met.
